PRODUCT FRESHNESS Each cookie is made with the finest ingredients to ensure the best tasting product. We use farm fresh eggs and creamy New Zealand butter, never shortening or margarine. Each cookie is hand-iced with relentless attention to detail by skilled pipers. SHELF LIFE The optimum shelf life of our cookes is 6 months. The cookies should be stored at room temperature, in a dry location. Leaving cookies in the sun will cause them to deteriorate quickly, so make sure they are not left in window displays. PACKAGING  Each individual cookie arrives wrapped in a cellophane bag and tied with a ribbon. Your custom tags can be attached for a small fee. We understand the retail environment and we have lots of ideas and merchandising options for you. We want to help you sell more cookies and put a smile on your customers’ face. The possibilities and potential applications are endless. SHIPPING All order shipped within Canada are shipped via Canpar standard ground service. All U.S. orders are shipped from Tonawanda, New York via UPS ground service. Express services (Purolator, FedEx or UPS and overnight options) are available upon request. DAMAGED COOKIES We take every effort to ensure cookies are securely shipped. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order for any cookies that were damaged in shipment. We will gladly credit you for these cookies or send out replacements if available. MINIMUM ORDERS Total Minimum Orders (Canada): $250.00 TERMS 50% deposit payable upon order placement. Balance, plus shipping and handling charges due on ship-out date. We accept Visa, MC, Amex and cheques, if received before orders ship. Once a purchase order is received, the order will be placed into production as per our schedule. Changes can only be accommodated if the affected process has not been started. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
