Our skilled decorators hand-ice each and every cookie with the utmost care and attention to detail, achieving the perfect balance between great taste and beautiful design. A Couple of Squares Inc. is a Canadian-owned and operated 8,500 square foot bakery. We specialize in hand-iced gingerbread, chocolate and sugar cookies that make delicious gifts (and delicious snacks!) all year-round. We ship our creations to a wide variety of retailers, from mom and pop shops to large chains across Canada, the United States and beyond! Our diverse staff of 50 come from around our community to keep the art of good baking alive in our great-tasting cookies.
